Whether you are coordinating your first election or your fiftieth, Smooth Vote brings every step of the process together in one place so nothing falls through the cracks.

The toolkit includes an election timeline generator that builds a full milestone schedule from your election date, a custom ballot builder for designing print-ready ballots with positions, candidates, and bios, and a nomination tracker that follows every nominee’s status from pending to accepted or declined. A bylaws quick reference puts common PTA and PTO election rules at your fingertips, and a one-click election summary compiles your timeline, ballot, and nominations into a printable export you can share with your board.
